Product Application
LDA model single beam motor crane is improved and design on the
basis of LD model .it is characterized by more reasonable structure
and higher strength steel as a whole ,usd together with a capacity
of 5 to 20 tons,the span is 7.5-32m.working grade is A3-A5.working
temperature is -25°C—40°C.
This product has two operational method,ground or operational room
which has open model and can be installed on left or right side
according to the pratical situation. and the direction of entering
the gate has two forms,sideway and ends in order to satisfy the
user,choice under different conditions.
Applications:
This crane is applicable to transfer, assembly, check and repair as
well as load and unload various goods at mechanic processing
workshop, warehouses, factory, stuff yard and other material
handling situations, esp. applied to material handling that need
precise positioning, large components precise assembly situations.
It is forbidden to use the equipment in flammable, explosive and
corrosive environment.
It is operated by ways of ground control, wireless remote control
and cabin control. There are open and closed styles for driver’s
cabin; it could be divided into left and right installation
according to practical situations. Entrance direction adopts
profile and top entering to satisfy different needs of customer's
choice.

Safety features:
1. Overload protection: If the material is over the capacity, the
crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself.
2. Emergency brake: If the operation staff encounter some emergency
situation, we could start the emergency brake system to protection
the related treasure.
3. Control Method: Room control or remote control to avoid any
injure to the operation staff

protection.
